Each phase exists to remove a specific technical or regulatory risk before the next one starts. Timelines are deliberately not published while the programme is concept-stage.

Development roadmap

    Develop and screen multiple hemp/mineral binder formulations.

    Partner with a printer manufacturer, developer and contractor to construct pilot homes.

Initial R&D target

First milestone: the 1 m × 1 m wall

Before trying to print an entire home, the first technical milestone is a repeatable full-scale wall specimen that demonstrates the fundamentals under realistic printing conditions.

Proprietary dry mineral binder optimized for hemp-based robotic extrusion. The customer adds standardized hemp and water.

PrintMix™

Pre-engineered dry material package combining graded hemp and binder for consistent site preparation.
Status: Future product
03

PrintWall™

Validated printed wall system with defined geometry, curing protocol and performance characteristics.
Status: Future system
04

PrintSystem™

Material, printing parameters, wall design and construction methodology offered through licensing or partnerships.
Status: Long-term platform
